Al is an independent producer at Met Film Production. For APT Films she produced the critically acclaimed Deep Water, financed by Pathé, UK Film Council and FilmFour, which won best documentary at the Rome Film Festival before being released across the UK in December 2006. Deep Water is currently on theatrical release in the US through IFC. Al is currently producing Heavy Load (IFC,ITVS) which follows a year in the life of a punk band made up of musicians with and without learning disabilities due for release in 2008.
