Oliver Sacks Film on Kickstarter

MetFilm is onboard to co-produce THE ANIMATED MIND OF OLIVER SACKS, a feature-length documentary film that takes us inside the mind of the man who revolutionised the way we think about the human brain: world-renowned author and neurologist Oliver Sacks, M.D.

The filmmakers have launched a Kickstarter to raise $100,000 USD to go towards the budget of the film, and within the first day of launch the campaign already surpassed $15,000 USD thanks to the generous backing of Oliver Sacks fans the world over! 

Rewards for backing the documentary’s Kickstarter campaign include THE ANIMATED MIND OF OLIVER SACKS notebooks and pens, a branded swim cap in honour of Dr. Sacks love of swimming, exclusive access to never-before-seen photos captured by Dr. Sacks himself, as well as a reprint of Oliver’s favourite t-shirt of all time: a “Welcome Squid Overlords” super-soft tee.
